Georgetown Community Day

Where the neighborhood and university come together to celebrate our shared community

6th Annual Georgetown Community Day

CANCELED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER

Hurricane Florence

After closely monitoring the expected inclement weather for this weekend, out of an abundance of caution we have decided to cancel the annual Georgetown Community Day celebration scheduled for this Saturday, September 15th. Hurricane Florence is expected to bring forth torrential rain to the Washington area causing major flooding and high winds affecting the region's roads and transit system. We are truly sorry but look forward to hosting an even bigger and better event next year.
